Who are we?

We are an Official Authorized Re-Seller of Dyson products, offering a curated selection of Dyson goods in two conditions: Refurbished – Good and Refurbished – Excellent.

All of our refurbished machines undergo thorough testing to ensure they meet like-new performance standards. While some units may show minor cosmetic blemishes such as light scratches or surface imperfections, these do not affect functionality or performance.

Please note that refurbished machines are final sale unless found to be defective.

Our warranty service team is professionally trained by Dyson Refurbished and operates to the same standards as Direct Dyson Refurbished, ensuring reliable support and peace of mind with every purchase.

How Does Warranty Work?

Due to the different conditions, the products adhere to different Warranty policies which will be explained below.

Refurbished Excellent:
Warranty Period : 1 Year
Warranty Directly with Dyson. For any issues, contact Dyson directly regarding your order. You will need your proof of purchase as well as your Dyson Serial # to file for warranty claims.

Refurbished Good
Warranty Period : 90 Days
We handle the Warranty. For any issues, contact our office directly or Send us an email directly regarding your issue/claim! Depending on the issue, we will either service the machine and send it back to you or exchange the item for you!
